the room was very nice and spacious. breakfast had many options and the food tasted fresh. i enjoyed the outdoor seating at the al hadeerah restaurant. i had great time riding a camel in the desert.

The breakfast had lots of options. Everything was fresh. I also had dinner at Ninive, and it was very good. I definitely would come back. The attention to detail really surprised me.

I was disappointed to be told that my room did not include a bathtub. I specifically booked a room with a bathtub. I was not moved to a room with a bath unless I paid extra.

The hotel provides full immersion into the desert with comfort. You can walk around the desert. You might see wild gazelles and lizards. The open horizon line is very interesting to experience.

messy check-in missing bathtub

the check-in process was a mess people lined up with no clear order i struggled to hear the staff because there were no private desks available also the room i got didn't have a bathtub despite it supposedly being an upgrade i found that pretty annoying finally i noticed some guys walking around in underwear instead of proper swimwear that really cheapened the whole vibe
